there must be something like that already, i dont think it sounds that far-fetched (maybe not with tickling in mind, but maybe some other medical purposes)

Sure we all have fantasies about being tickled for hours. But could it actually happen? or will the ticklishness/nerves/what ever you want to call it, fade away if its tickled too long? Is there a time limit for when your body starts to adapt to the tickling and it doesn't tickle anymore?

How could you go about this in an anonymous way? Meaning you want to see if you're friend/partner would like a "tickling toy" as a present, but you also don't want to reveal that it is you asking....?
