I think (at least with me that is the case) if something is inserted to tickle between the toes, then it is impossible to not curl them tightly because between the toes is a very ticklish area. And then you are right, if you want them to open up, you would need to tickle elsewhere to weaken the...

Indian woman here myself, and if I were to represent my ethnicity when it comes to ticklishness, this will most likely be true. If it were to be a contest of ticklishness, my soles will win (or lose, or I don't know lol)

My experience - Nomming is extremely tickly on the belly. Raspberries may not always tickle much (sometimes they do), but nomming on the belly with the mouth moving all over is a really intense tickle sensation.

It becomes a biggg issue when a nylon rope accidentally goes between two toes. Getting it out can be a very ticklish hassle! I know it doesn't take long, but gosh, it tickles me just by being between the toes (almost)!
