With all the pounding that gymnasts' bare feet take doing their routines, I doubt that they would be very ticklish. :(

I dated a gymnast back in high school, and she had ticklish arches and very ticklish upper body.

Yes, they seem quite attractive to me. Boys too! I was at the gym a few weeks ago and saw a group of gymnast boys working out. Gymnasts typically make good eye candy!
 
I agree with Alliekat. All gymnasts can be really cute. Sometimes I wonder what it would be like if someone gave them a little tickle during like a floor exercise and see what kind of reaction you get
 
Where would you tickle them during the floor exercise?
 
Probably the easiest place would be their tummy or sides when the stop in the corner to run and do a stunt
