The wife and I have been talking about opening up a C4S store to try to help with bills and whatnot...I just looked into it and it's a lot of stuff I have to do to open it successfully...so I come here, and ask you guys some opinions. Hey listen, we're only trying to help with our advice. You do with it what you want.
Here's some things to think about, beyond the "do it"/"don't do it" aspect.
1) You're thinking of starting a Clips4sale store. Yeah, you and everybody else on the planet. I don't know if you've noticed, but we're swimming in "producers", most of whom are just like you and your wife, and so far you've mentioned nothing that no one else is already bringing to the table. Which brings me to...
2) You mention you and your wife are both plus-sized. I hate to say it, but people who enjoy that sort of thing are vastly in the minority, so you're limiting your audience in a big way. (Don't think it's true? If there was a huge demand for plus-sized models, everyone wouldn't be rushing to hire the 22-year-old bikini girls.)
Now, with those things said... does it cost you anything to set up a C4S? If not, you have no reason not to do it. You're not hiring models, you probably already have the video equipment, so even if nobody buys a single clip you've lost nothing.
Ultimately, it's your choice - but even the best-selling producers in the community bemoan the fact that the money is slim. If you're not expecting to make much more than beer money, go for it. If you think it's going to be on par with a part-time job... don't waste your time.

best response so far. thank you. yes, im aware it wont be crazy money, but we just want a little extra so if we want to order pizza once a week, or go out to a movie, that it doesnt put us in the negative for the rest of the month.
