Hi! I'm new, though I've lurked here for years. I'm in my early twenties and I'm a female.

Most boyfriends I've had have really immensely enjoyed tickling me. But my current boyfriend ... I'm wondering if he might actually have a fetish for it!

It's become very heavily incorporated into our sex life now. He basically can't tickle me without it leading to sex or at least him totally hard. When we are snuggling in bed, he never DOESN'T tickle me. He usually ends up beside me, locking one of my legs between his, with one of my arms tucked between his legs to hold it there, and his other arm holding my other arm above my head. He tickles me like MAD then. To the point that I'm literally screaming and thrashing around, and he has this mischievous grin the whole time, and then I always notice he's super super hard. When he inevitably enters me, he is rock solid and sometimes continues to tickle me while he's fucking me. Sometimes he doesn't use his fingers, but he will lick my nipples which he knows is extremely ticklish for me and makes me squirm.

Sometimes if we are just going about our normal day, he will randomly say something like "I'm going to tickle you until you pee when we get home." He has never done that and I don't think he would ever or actually like it, but he seems to love to talk about it sometimes. He pretty much uses tickling for everything. If I'm cranky he'll threaten to tickle me. If we're being playful and arguing he will threaten to hold me down and tickle me until I scream. Etc.

The other night we were laying in bed and he asked me "do you think there's such a thing as a ticklegasm?" Which really surprised me because that's really only a term used within the tickling community. He also will say things like "I'm going to tickle fuck you so bad tonight".

I think it's great and crazy if he just happens to be way into tickling. For some reason even though I'm madly ticklish everywhere and can't help but beg him to stop, it does make me very wet when he tickles me.
 
From everything you've said I'd say most definitely yes. That's pretty much how I discovered mine, it started as play with my fiancé and I always needed more and was getting soaked. The fact that he enjoys it and is sexually stimulated by tickling the one he loves isn’t necessarily an indication of a fetish. He may have no thoughts of tickling beyond the interaction with you. If he’s looking for it online, fantasizes about tickling other woman, watches tickle porn, now that’s a different story.

He’s a very lucky man to have a partner who indulges his desire to tickle you. I hope he appreciates how special you are.

Fat Bastard - I get what you're saying and that makes sense. I have actually asked him the same kinds of things because I started wondering if he's always been into tickling and just didn't partake in it with his other girlfriends for whatever reason. He says he's always enjoyed tickling, but only as a very playful and vanilla thing, very infrequently. I accuse him all the time of "loving tickling" to see what he will say, and he always says "I love tickling YOU, yeah!" So maybe you're right that it's not an actual fetish. What makes me curious is Ticklespots claims to have been a lurker here for years, yet becomes a member to ask if her boyfriend might have a tickle fetish. Everything she describes seems to point to that, and she doesn't have a problem with it, why does she have to ask? Maybe just to get some conversation going on the subject, I can respect that. I don't think it's a simple thing with clear lines like "Does he have a fetish" or not. It's all relative. I think I'm pretty vanilla when compared to a lot of people on this forum. Yet, compared to an actual vanilla person, I might be considered a kinky freak. And then there are people who are a few steps below me on the scale...maybe someone like your boyfriend, who perhaps has never looked at tickle porn or thought about it in terms of a fetish but gets aroused while tickling his significant other. There are a lot of people out there who fit into that category.

Even within a fetish, everyone sits at a different place on the spectrum. Don't worry about definitions. The more complicated, subjective answer depends on where you come from with the fetish. Call your boyfriend's behavior anything you want. Just have a good time for however long it lasts, assuming you are a willing ticklee.

I think I agree with most of you! I was curious to hear input, because for whatever reason, I've just been wondering if this is a case of:

A) he's always had a thing for tickling and has been too embarrassed to explore it with girlfriends past, or B) didn't even realize he had a thing for it, or that it could turn him on so much

Neither matters to me, in terms of anything, I was simply curious to see what others thought :). I think I agree with the basic idea that, he'd probably never considered tickling to even be a "thing", and just happens to enjoy it immensely.

He just left for work and we had a major tickle/sex session where I was tied down. I'm posting here because something specific piqued my curiousity again. I mentioned in my original post that he used the term "ticklegasm". Tonight, he used the word "ticklee". Are these words that someone who is tickle-vanilla (lol, as in...not one of us) would even be familiar with? I was curious about his use of ticklegasm, but kind of forgot about it as dismissed it as a one-off thing. But use of two terms that I've always thought were kind of exclusive to the tickle community?
