Instructions:

Tamara won't let Anna go home before she goes through another compulsory tickle therapy session, this time on her back, arms stretched above her head.
Anna wants to just relax, but it's not so easy when Tamara runs her fingernails on her patient's armpits.
Tamara knows that Anna's weakest spot is her highly sensitive feet. So this is her aim for most of this therapy session. Tamara is going to tickle and tickle and tickle Anna's soles until her cheeks hurt from smiling. And of course visits her exposed upperbody that seems to get more vulnerable to tickling with every minute. Anna has no choice actually, she is not going anywhere and just taking it.
It seems Anna will never stop smiling after all this.
