I had a story to explain the series of pictures (the pics taken in the empty house). It explained everything. It was called "The Movers". Basically, the damsel hired a moving company because of their really low price. While they were moving her stuff she picked she realized something wasn't right and started asking questions. Rather than risk her calling the police they tied her up. In the process she kicked one of them very hard. They removed her shoes and socks so they could bind her feet (the chair tie pics) and prevent another kick.
