Your worst spots are exploited and never left alone. Believe that you can be broken here. The tickling goes past the point of enjoyment and is brutally painful for you to take. You desperately want it to stop but it never does. Again, you do NOT enjoy it... it's the most malevolent type of tickling. To be clear: It's far more painful than enjoyable for you.)
