There are a million but a new one came to me today. Eliza Dushku. She is out of control. Her body and feet are ridiculous. So she makes the current top five list, along with Lauren Conrad, Taylor Swift, Jenna Fischer and this chick Madison from this season of the real world.
 
Has no one mentioned AnnaSophia Robb yet? There's a petite twentysomething blonde who would be heaven to tickle. And Victoria Justice, who loves to show off her gorgeous feet and has admitted they're super-ticklish. Also, Anna Kendrick, Scarlett Johansson and Lacey Chabert!

AnnaSophia Robb is absolutely adorable, plus she has the cutest size 5 feet. It would be pure delight to tickle her, I'm sure.

Definitely. DEFINITELY. She also would work as a 'lee, though, given she's said multiple times that she's "extremely" ticklish - and her genuine reactions in a lot of clips show for it.
