Summer's here, and there's no hotter sun-worshipper out there than our own Tootsie Love! But wouldn't you know it, that nefarious redhead Chili von Carne is up to her old tricks! Still determined to get her hands on Tootsie's inheritance, she figures a day at the beach is the perfect way to break the ice. But then she makes the mistake of having her long-suffering gal-pal Midge bury them in the sand, and once our two heroines are helpless, things get ticklish in a hurry! Seems that an old "business associate" of Chili's, the bodaciously-bodied "Wina" Schnitzel, is also enjoying a day at the beach, and she's determined to settle an old score. Pretty soon Chili and Tootsie are laughing their heads off as their bare feet are torturously titillated by the villainous Glamazon! Will Midge save them? Or will it be a summer of laughs for our heroines?
