As Ross worked hard on the Tazzio proposal at home that morning, and then headed into the office to discuss it with Jack, Vic, and Alan Hell, a "Development happened"
When Jack and Vic saw Ross, they all went into Ross's office, closed the door, and sighed.
"Ross, unfortunately, as we could have suspected,. Tazzio seems to be imposiing certain "Conditions" that we know you will not like" Jack said.
Ross looked at the proposal, and became furious.
"The Proposal" from Tazzio was essentially where Ross gives everything, and Tazzio gives nothing.
Before flying off the handle at Tazzio, Ross forwarded copies of Tazzio's email to Alan Hell, and Tom from Philly.
The three men, Ross, Tom, and Alan, arranged a conference call for noon that afternoon with Vic and Jack in the room as silent observers, but Ross felt Vic and Jack needed to listen in because of the magnitude of the situation.
"Ross, it seems very simple. I think I should draft Tazzio a letter saying that you are very disappointed at his proposal. I think we should tell him that we need time to draft a counterproposal. This way it buys us time, before we launch into a legal war with him that is perhaps unneeded" Tom said.
Ross sighed. "We give the guy one inch, and now he wants 12 inches. now I know why I hate the bastard" Ross said.
The men broke up the meeting deciding to tell Tazzio that time was needed.
In the meantime, Ross went through the rest of the day , approving work, but clearly annoyed.
Ross went home, and tried to quietly kiss Kayley.
"I know you are not saying much, but something is bothering you. I'm not trying to set you off, but I am going to ask calmly. My Ross, please tell me what is on your mind" Kayley appealed.
Ross sighed as he headed toward the bedroom, and Kayley followed him. "I hate him, Kale. The bastard cant be trusted. I think you know I mean Tazzio,. I had hoped that we would finally call a truce, but, when I got into the office this morning, I received a package with unreasonable conditions. Instead of spending the day preparing a settlement, I spent the day on the phone with Hell, Tom and in a meeting with Vic and Jack, plotting a lawsuit of a fire back. Damn! I had hoped for us to finally have peace, and not to have to get into this" Ross said
Kayley rubbed Ross's back. "I'm sorry babe. As they say. "A leopard never changes their spots. The educator's advice: Plan the suit, let your extremely compentent legal team handle it, and focus on being CEO of RossShell, and one third partner in RFS"
"Ah, what about your husband and partner?" Ross joked.

Ross's day did not get any better when Steve called to ask Ross to attend a show in person.
"I can do Zoom shows or conference calls, but I cant leave New York for at least two weeks. I'm sorry. RossShell has an unforeseen problem with Tazzio that I must deal with" Ross said.
"It's okay. Such is understood. Mister P and I will talk, and then we will all talk on the phone, and plan our next move. I can tell from your voice that you sound very troubled. Take care of what you have to" Steve said.

"One broken promise " from Tazzio suddenly threw everything into an uproar.
Now what would happen?
Could it be worked out? Or would it turn into another nasty lawsuit for and with Ross's longtime and seemlngly always nemisis.?
