Please use the following guideline when posting new clips to our messageboard:

Please make sure you clearly state what type of tickling the clip contains.
- We are primarily a */female tickle community, but you may post */m clips if you wish. Just make sure you put a f/f, m/f, etc etc in your thread title.

Do NOT post any material containing underage ticklers/lees.
- This is an adult site, there is no place here for kiddy stuff! Posting underage material is grounds for banning without prior notice.

The overall file size limit for posting clips is 20Mb.
- Effective 10/04/2004 all clips posted here past this date cannot be over 20Mb in total size. You get 5 uploads per post which can be 2Mb maximum in size so with simple math that's 10Mb per post. Therefore no clip posting should take more than 2 posts to upload the entire clip. Remember if you split a clip it belongs in The Splits forum.

Verify your post attachment.
- When posting an attachment, verify that the attachment is good. There is no need to waste space on the site by posting material that no one can download or use. If you cannot get the attachment to work, simply edit your post and remove the attachment since it is useless.

Let us know if an attachment is bad.
- As a member of the Tickle Theater forums, you have the power to let us know if an attachment in the forum is bad. Whether it be because of disturbing material, or just one that cannot be downloaded or used. Please let us know so we can take care of it. Use the "Report" link to warn us about bad attachments, it really helps.

When in doubt, ask first.

Threads must contain a video
Threads that link to other sites must contain at least a preview clip. Requests go in the requests forum and advertisments go in Community Links.

Trading clips is not permitted

Trading Clips is Not Permitted
Because of copyright concerns, requests or offers to trade clips on the TickleTheater are not permitted. This includes signatures requesting trading. Such signatures will need to be removed and replaced. The term "trade" includes offering material by any means other than posting or linking it at Tickle Theater, whether or not reciprocation is expected.

Full-length Downloadable Clips and Digital Movies
Full-length digital movies or downloadable non-sample clips from paysites may not be posted, offered, requested, or traded at the Tickle Theater without pemission of the copyright owner. This even applies if the producer is no longer in business, because somebody still owns the copyright for the work. In other words, if the media in question, be it a clip or digital movie or even VHS/DVD movie converted to a digital file, was or is offered for sale and not for free, no matter how long ago, IT MAY NOT BE POSTED. There are no exceptions to this rule. The ONLY person with the right to share or distribute these media is the holder of the copyright on the media.

Trading of Physical Media Allowed
Offers to buy, sell, or trade original, non-copied physical media (video tapes or discs) manufactured by the original producer are allowed because no copyright law would be violated by such activities.

Rules on Trading Clips clarified above. Additionally, please see below for a list of ways to share clips larger than 20MB that you can legally share.

Addition to the Trading Clips Rules
This change in policy is for several reasons. First, we believe clips should be posted on the Theater instead of traded outside it where only a few will have access to them. We also believe that nearly all clips that can be legally traded are easily posted on the Theater, and thus we suspect most trading is of clips that are not legal to trade. However, there are some clips that are legal to trade but are too large to post on the Theater. The number of these in existance is VERY small, however, so members may wish to post an inquiry as to whether or not a file fitting this description can be posted before they take the time to upload it. The limit for uploading clips to the Theater is no more than 20 MB total (To upload these, split with Winrar, HjSplit, or Hacha and post in Splits.). For those few legal to post clips above 20 MB, we have multiple methods for Theater members to share them with the community:


RapidShare
First, if the file is 50.0 MB or smaller, you can use RapidShare. It allows for unlimited downloads of a file with split archives allowed. Just upload the file and post the secret link they give you on the forum so others can download it.

YouSendIt
Second, you can use YouSendIt. YouSendIt allows for files of any size to be uploaded, and if you put in your email as the "Recipient's Email Address," it will send the link to the file to you. Note: It only allows for 25 downloads per upload, so reupload it after it runs out.

Spread-It
Third, you can upload files of up to 500 MB to Spread-It. However, files only stay on the server as long as it is being downloaded. After 14 days of no downloads, files are removed. They are supposed to have fast speeds, according to a few sources.

Megaupload
Fourth, you can upload files up to 500 MB to Megaupload. Like Spread-It, files only stay on the server if they are being downloaded. After 30 days of no downloads, they are removed. Speeds are said to be slower than Spread-It, though.

Savefile
Fifth, you can upload files of up to 60 MB to http://www.savefile.com, but please note their terms of service.

Pornotube
Also worth mentioning, www.pornotube.com, an adult alternative to Youtube, featuring advanced contents filters.

Note: We do not endorse/support the use of these options for any purpose other than the uploading of clips that can be legally shared so that they may then be shared with all members of the TickleTheater. Any other use is the sole responsibility of the user.

Por favor, asegurate de establecer claramente que tipo de cosquillas contiene el clip.
- Nosotros somos principalmente una comunidad de cosquillas "*/femenino", pero tu puedes publicar clips */m si lo deseas. Sólo asegurate de colocar f/f, m/f, etc. en el título de tu hilo (thread).

NO PUBLIQUES cualquier material conteniendo menores de edad (haciendo o recibiendo cosquillas).
- Este es un sitio para adultos, no hay lugar aquí para ¡ material infantil !. Publicar material con menores de edad implicados, es fácilmente una garantía de ser eliminado del foro sin previo aviso.

El tamaño total (límite) para publicar clips es de 20 MB.
- Efectivo desde el 04/10/2004 (04 de Octubre) todos los clips publicados aquí luego de esta fecha no pueden ser mayores a 20 MB de tamaño total. Tienes 5 subidas (uploads) por cada publicación (post) , cada una puede ser de hasta 2 MB de tamaño máximo, así con simple aritmética tienes hasta 10 MB por cada publicación. Por lo tanto, ningún clip debería tomar más de 2 publicaciones (posts) para subir el clip completo. Recuerda, si divides un clip un fragmentos/partes, entonces este pertenece al foro "The Splits".

Verifica tus archivos adjuntos en cada publicación (post).
- Cuando publiques un archivo adjunto, verifica que ese vínculo funcione. No hay necesidad de desperdiciar el espacio del sitio, publicando archivos adjuntos que nadie puede descargar (download) o utilizar. Si no puedes descargar y usar correctamente ese archivo adjunto, entonces simplemente edita tu publicación (post) y remueve el archivo adjunto, porque es inútil.

Permítenos saber si algún archivo adjunto es incorrecto.
- Como un miembro de los foros de "Tickle Theater", tienes el poder de permitirnos saber si algún archivo adjunto no es correcto. Bien sea porque el material no es adecuado o simplemente no puede ser descargado o usado correctamente. Por favor, permítenos saber si podemos hacernos cargo de él. Usa el vinculo "Report" (reporte) para advertirnos acerca de algún archivo adjunto defectuoso, esto realmente ayuda.

Cuando tengas una duda, primero pregunta.

Los hilos (Threads) deben contener un video.

Negociar clips no está permitido.

Negociar Clips NO está Permitido
Debido a los derechos de copiado (copyright), solicitudes u ofertas para negociar clips en nuestro foro, no están permitidas. Esto incluye el negocio de solicitud de firmas. Tales firmas necesitarán ser removidas y reemplazadas. El término "Negocio" incluye ofrecer material por cualquier otro medio distinto a publicarlo o vincularlo con el foro, sea reciproco o no.

Clips de total longitud y películas digitales Descargables
Las Películas completas digitales o clips descargables no en calidad de muestra desde sitios no gratuitos (sitios pagos) no pueden ser, publicados, ofrecidos, requeridos o negociados en el foro, sin el debido permiso del propietario del derecho de autor. Esto aún aplica si el productor ya no está en el negocio (la empresa está cerrada), porque alguien aún posee el derecho de autor de ese trabajo. En otras palabras si el medio en cuestión es un clip o una película digital, o aún una película de VHS/DVD en un archivo digital y fue o es ofrecida para la venta, no en forma gratuita, no importa hace cuanto sucedió, NO PUEDE SER PUBLICADO. No hay excepción para esta regla. La ÚNICA persona con el derecho de compartir o distribuir estos medios, es el propietario de los derechos de dichos medios.

Negocio de Medios Físicos permitido
Ofrecer comprar, vender o negociar, medios físicos, originales, no copias (Video-cintas o discos) fabricados por el productor original, está permitido, debido a que no habría violación de las leyes de derecho de copiado (leyes de derecho de autor) por tales actividades.


Reglas para negociar clips clarificadas arriba. Adicionalmente, por favor, ve debajo para una lista de maneras para compartir clips mayores de 20 MB en tamaño, que son legalmente libres para compartirlos.

Adición a las Reglas de Negocio de Clips
Este cambio en la política del foro es por varias razones. Primero, nosotros creemos que los clips deberían ser publicados (posteados) en el foro, en lugar de fuera de él, donde sólo unos pocos se beneficiarán con ello. Nosotros también creemos que la mayoría de los clips que pueden ser legalmente negociados pueden ser publicados fácilmente en el foro y así sospechamos que la mayoría de los clips negociados no son legales o permitidos negociar. No obstante, hay algunos clips que son permitidos negociar, pero son demasiado grandes para ser publicados en el foro. El número de estos en existencia, es MUY pequeño, sin embargo algunos miembros pueden desear investigar si o no un archivo que cabe en esa descripción puede ser publicado (posteado) antes de que ellos inviertan el tiempo necesario para subir (upload) el clip. El límite máximo para subir clips al foro es de 20 MB en total (estos clips son subidos con Winrar, HJSplit o Hacha y publicados en "The Splits"). Para aquellos pocos clips legales, mayores que 20 MB, tenemos múltiples métodos para que los miembros de nuestro foro compartan estos clips con la comunidad:

Rapidshare
Primero, si el archivo es de 100 MB o menos, puedes usar Rapidshare. Este permite un número ilimitado de descargas de un archivo y permite archivos divididos/fragmentados (splitted). Solamente sube el archivo en Rapidshare y luego publica el vínculo que ellos te dan para poder descargar el archivo, de modo que el resto de los miembros puedan descargarlo. Si el archivo no es descargado en tiempo máximo de 30 días, es automáticamente eliminado. Debes tomar en cuenta que Rapidshare tiene un tiempo de latencia entre cada descarga/subida (download/upload), así que debes ser paciente cuando subas o descargues un archivo hacia/desde este sitio.

YouSendIt
Segundo, Puedes usar YouSendIt. YouSendIt permite archivos de hasta 100 MB de tamaño (así como Rapidshare), pero sólo permite un máximo de 25 descargas o 14 días para obtenerlo. Debes colocar tu e-mail allí en el campo "Recipient email(s)" y el vínculo te será enviado a esa dirección. Luego publicas el vínculo en el foro. Si el vínculo se vence o se agota su capacidad de descarga, puedes volver a subir el clip a YouSendIt y repetir el proceso cuantas veces sea necesario.

Spread-It
Tercero, puedes subir archivos hasta de 500 MB de tamaño en Spread-It. No obstante, los archivos sólo permanecen en este servidor mientras sean descargados. Luego de transcurrir 14 días sin ser descargados, los archivos son removidos. Se supone que ellos tienen excelentes velocidades de descarga, según unas pocas fuentes.

Megaupload
Cuarto, puedes subir archivos hasta de 500 MB de tamaño en Megaupload. Al igual que Spread-It, los archivos permanecen en este servidor mientras sean descargados. Luego de transcurrir 30 días sin ser descargados, los archivos son removidos. Ha sido dicho que las velocidades son más lentas que Spread-It.

Savefile
Quinto, puedes subir archivos de hasta 60 MB de tamaño en http://www.savefile.com, pero, por favor, toma en cuenta los términos de su servicio.

Pornotube
Es también valioso mencionar a www.pornotube.com, una alternativa adulta para Youtube, caracterizando filtros avanzados para los contenidos.

Megarotic
Permite contenido adulto, hasta 500 MB de tamaño; con registro gratuito opcional, los archivos son mantenidos hasta 90 días sin descargas. www.megarotic.com.

Nota: Nosotros no endosamos/apoyamos el uso de estas opciones para cualquier otro propósito que no sea el de subir clips que pueden ser legalmente compartidos, de modo que ellos puedan ser compartidos con los miembros del foro. Cualquier otro uso, es completamente responsabilidad del usuario.

Posting links to Dailymotion, Youtube and similar sites

Posting links to Dailymotion, Youtube and similar sites
When considering posting a link to a clip on a video sharing site such as Dailymotion please remember that, among other rules, posting paysite clips is not permitted on the TickleTheater. This extends to links to such clips at sites like Dailymotion. We understand that it is difficult to differentiate between a sample clip and a paysite clip. To help you, consider the following:

--1. If a clip runs well over a minute (especially if it is over five minutes) it is likely a paysite clip. Sample clips RARELY are longer than a minute or two.

--2. If the clip totally lacks a message at the beginning or end noting the store that sells the clip and where to buy it then it is likely a paysite clip. Sample clips often have short little messages at the beginning and end encouraging viewers to buy the full version at the producer's website.

--3. If the clip is of extremely high quality or is very large in terms of resolution (the physical size you see) then it is likely a paysite clip. This is more difficult to see at some sites, like Youtube, but others, like Dailymotion, allow easy distinction between between a lower-quality sample clip and a high-quality paysite clip.

--4. A paysite clip is not likely to jump around between scenes. Being the full version of the scene it is likely to display the scene in its entirety. Sample clips are designed to showcase all of the aspects of the clip and thus cut between scenes frequently.

If most or all of these seem to be true then the clip is likely a paysite clip and should not be posted here. Use these guidelines to help decide whether you can safely post a clip here. If you have any doubts please PM a staff member and they will be happy to take a look for you.
