I really like the delivery of this piece. The distortion of the window, facial expression, blur and angle really made everything real, as if I can hear her torment! Then for some reason, she is delicious... I don't know why.
Great, great work! You are, indeed, my hero. I, of course, love the medical theme, but I particularly like the subtly back story and the idea that both the nurse and the husband have more than a professional or sympathetic interest in Mrs. Van Sloan's fate. You are an evil genius my friend...and I mean that in the best possible way.
