Is TickleTheater just gone?

I tried to go on TickleTheater. I can only get to the "You must be this old to enter" page on Chrome, and Firefox/IE just gives me one of those weird websites that don't have any actual content.
 
Well the only thing we can do now is assume the worse!

Time to let our imaginations run wild and free! I'm guessing dinosaurs!

Ah, I'm kidding. I think something like this has happened before.
 
The domain expired and, due to a problem with an email address, we cannot get in to renew the domain. We are trying to do so, but it remains possible that we will not be successful. Should it fully expire (which may happen in a few days to a few weeks) and be snapped up by a domain squatter, that is likely the end; none of the admins are going to be willing to pay the large sum said squatter will demand for the domain.
 
Sorry to hear this. The other major tickling site on the web would then be history. Thank Goodness for the TMF.

That really sucks. I hope you guys can get it back. The theater was a great place to visit.
 
Yeah, it was awesome, and not to mention (although this may sound selfish) there were a few games still coming out.

I hope you succeed in getting in and renewing the domain.

Assuming that some vulture-human hybrid swoops down and grabs the domain... you guys could always turn to kickstarter to cover the cost. I don't know how many people would contribute, but TT still had some great threads.

Our Anime Tickling thread had to be the largest collection of scenes on the internet and was still updated frequently. I've temporarily resurrected it here in the artwork section, so TT members please stop by and let us know you're here!

I had the same problem, I never really participated, but I was also a TT member for years. For some reason I was never able to become a "full member" because of some issue with their site, but I still check every few days to see artists post and enjoy their contribution to the tickling community. It is sad, I hope it comes back otherwise its just the tickling forum from what I can tell.

It's up for some, down for others. Beckers is a mod there, so she's probably not lying to you.
 
Yes, the owner said it may take a day or two for some to get back on. Some people have tried other browsers like Firefox to get it working instantly.

Thank you, TMF members, for your hospitality. The updated TT domain information will require a day or two to propagate through the various domain name servers; it is still offline for me at present.
