Thank you for getting this out tonight.

Been waiting for this bad boy...

Glad I stayed up late and caught this one! I've been getting MTJ material since you had to have it shipped to your home and this is the best release to date.
The naughty tickled were perfect and the characters were unbelievably hot. Love Mouse and Joey, but that bag guy in green is my kind of tickle teasing lunatic! Looking forward to the next hundred issues.

As always well worth the wait ^-^
This was a great start to what looks like a great adventure

Holy shit.

How else to start this without that simple statement.

Holy. Shit.

If you want to talk about the great debuts in this genre all time, impact wise, this has to rank really high. Joey Lynx: Wildcat Detective Agency is a quintessential smorgsboard of tickle art where no stone is left unturned, nothing is held back, and goes right for the kill without a single apology to the mess it leaves in its wake. And mess is right..because Jesus Christ does Joey make one helluva mess!

Before I even start, it's funny just how important some introduction to these characters and this world helped shape an expectation and a kind of anticipation to get this in my hands. Had you guys been releasing stuff longer, I'd of probably wanted to kill you because of all the promises and allusions you were making. It doesn't help that the illustrations are beautifully drawn, with lovely colors to accentuate curves and wrinkles and toned muscles. Joey, design wise, has a certain gruffness, whereas Mouse seems like a shy little thing who would leap to the ceiling from a door being slammed shut. Joey is toned and carries with her a confident coolness, a cockiness, while Mouse seems like the very embodiment of timid. They're made all the more attractive in their own ways, which, as I'll get to with the comix itself, only helps to make them more primed for the audience to want to see them put through their paces.

It's touches like this that are so often missing nowadays. I don't know if everyone appreciates this mind of material, but I adore it, and I think it makes these pieces take on a different sort of life in the run up to their release. It makes them feel special.

Onto the comic proper...

Joey Lynx is set in the same universe as Bullets and Laughter, meaning it's got a very 50s through the 70s noir vibe to it, which helps to lend itself to the sensibilities of the narrative. What I mean here is...it plays off them. The narration here from Joey reads like something from pure dime store pulp, which is true to genre but accentuates the sense of aware humor within. I really dug B&L and its titular (believe me, that's intentional!) character Betty, and have been dying to see more of her. Hopefully she manages to make a ticklish appearance in the near future!

Anyways, laughter is forbidden in the city. Think of it like prohibition. So the tickling takes on a different kind if edge. Not only that, but what it's done is created this sort of tickle repression, all bottled up in Joey. Again, Joey isn't a dame or a damsel...she's the detective here. She's gorgeous herself, but looks like she could throw down and handle herself. She drinks herself some bourbon. She's no dainty little thing. She's a magnificent tomboy type, something that you don't really see done well in the genre art wise...so the repression of it and her general demeanor, along with the world itself, make for a rather palpable build up to the action proper.

The cover is freaking fantastic! Joey is in absolute stitches, and her feet are some of the best drawn I've seen. Seriously, these look absolutely top shelf, and the wrinkling and the subtle shading, along with the faint lines of movement, really set it off. Speaking of colors and their usage, the light pinkening of Joey's nipples visible through her button up shirt, the rosiness of her cheeks as she wails in laughter, it's all set along with Mouse in her too short skirt and her ample backside having a deep red, which left me with all sorts of notions about what could be going on there. Mouse's pink cheeks as she is biting her fingernails is also an incredible touch, because it's as though she's nervous, whether in her being next, for what this could mean for her boss...or possibly being found out that she's really enjoying her boss being in such a hysterical state. Her eyes, though, that green is so stark. Her eyes emote so well, and they're characters in and of themselves on which the rest of her timid facial features rest. Covers are of such importance in this genre, and it's obvious a lot of care went into this one.

The art from the very first page sticks out to me. It's stylish in different places, and the colors are vibrant. Joey's narration is enjoyable to read as she goes from introducing herself to dropping us in on her caper. To be frank, seeing the daughter on that first page, with her choker and that dress barely clinging to her impossible figure, my thoughts were definitely on wanting to see her get it quite bad, as she fits the dame trope to a T. Then, there's the little details. The flushness of skin, drawing our eyes places. The little bandaid on the broken window is a great touch that I picked up on later and went back to see if it was there the whole time. Nice gag there.

There's no waste here. The story moves from introduction to peril really quickly, and actually, hell, even that feels so caught in those noir narratives, where it's out of the frying pan and into the fire. Enter our ticklers...two assailants who we don't know the names for, but in actuality, have rather interesting characteristics. The girl dressed in green is built like a ton of bricks and has a sort of pitbull mentality. Our girl in red is a lot more lithe, though her movements seem much more surgical to me in correspondence with her partner. The dialogue between everybody and the narration adds flavor and character to everything, and it is sone in a way that creates intriguing depth while at the same time acting as a wonderful tease.

Eyes, expressions, everything comes out. The eyes are especially stand out because of their vibrancy in color, especially on Joey and Mouse.

The ticklish assault is instant impact, and there isn't anything held back. Joey does manage to keep getting herself free, a play on her own toughness, which only makes her ticklers all the more intense in their need to pin her down. It's crazy how Joey keeps putting up a fight, only to be so ruthlessly undone by her sensitive body and her ticklish nerve endings. If you dig feet tickling, this has it in spades. Ribs and tummy? Yep. Belly button? You bet. And it isn't just simple fan service thrown out there, the scenes pack punch and feel so physical, be it how the tickling is drawn, or the detail work with shades and flushness of skin, or any of that, this is literally coming together as a total body celebration.

It's when Joey's top comes off that the real fun begins. The build up is so well executed, lines, stressed buttons, movements making everything rumple. Then, it happens, and Mouse enters the scene, and I laughed and laughed at Joey's meek "oh shit, I'm screwed" reaction.

This comic holds nothing back. I've said it a few times. When they say it's naughty, jesus christ...that's too tame for it. Joey's breasts and nipples are so evocative as they are getting tickled, and the longer it happens, the more it seems like her nipples are swelling TO MEET those caresses. Bandito loves him some breasts, but I don't think he's ever done a more completely unashamedly hot nipple tickle scene in his entire artistic career...and that's going back to some epic Dusty nipple tickles.

And once Joey's fully restrained? Once they have her toes bound back so they can't move? And every part of her is literally assaulted?

I bring up No Mercy a lot in the genre because of what it stood for in the early days...this unflinching, uncompromising full on tickle attack on a ticklee that you just want to see pulled apart at her seams...but even then, I feel like Ozzy blinked when it came to the outright overwhelming sexual response to what was happening to Yenny. There's been this talk and selling of material, promising the erotic, promising the naughty. One of my favorite places in tickling is the pussy, the clit. For years, there's been art and clips and everything under the sun sold with the promise of some epic and visceral naughty tickles? Clips have been doing it for over half a decade. Art? Art lagged behind for a long damn time...which made no sense to me, both because of the total freedom art can provide, but also because it was obviously important enough to advertise, to point out, to try and commodity. Hell...most of the time, even if it was done, it was used as a bait and switch. Someone would get cold feet. Someone would be all "but my artistic integrity", even though they were clearly not worried about that when trying to get attention to tickling the nethers like that. Sure, for some people, tickling isn't a sexual thing. But it is for me. Big time. And it is for a lot of people out there.

This comic doesn't just pay lip service. It goes all the way...in graphic, gooey detail.

This might just be the best debut comic I can remember. From characters to action, to the fact it more than delivers the goods and isn't ashamed to go there with a twisted smile, it's top of the shelf. It's one of the absolute best comics out there. And the fact is...everything here lends itself so well. This isn't just an introduction to the wonders to come as long as people get invested. No. This is planting great seeds and expressing some of the absolute hottest and explicit tickling action ever. I think, whether it is the art, the characters, the sharpness of the letters, or the shading that's done here...everything...EVERYTHING...is incredible. This is the total a package. A true Bandito labor of love. It's all those things...and more...like a mic drop to everyone else out there, saying "top that".

Don't even hesitate; you should've bought this already.

Hey Bandito! I know it's been a while, but I absolutely had to congratulate you on an amazingly hot first issue! I'm a huge fan of detective noir myself, and this hit all the right buttons for me. A smokingly hot buildup to some delicious tickling action: I know I'm getting some uniquely erotic tickling action when I pick up some of your work, but this goes above and beyond! But I also have to add how much I love your depiction of bare feet here: they just leap off the page in the best possible way. You really are a master of genres, and we're lucky to have you! 🙂

this was legend wait for it......DARY!

Oh man… I am so glad you enjoyed it. I definitely enjoyed working on this one a ton. Do you agree with the description that Joey is basically a female Peterton Poe?

Thanks for all your great support, mate.

Thank you for getting this out tonight.

Been waiting for this bad boy...

Jim is pretty damn awesome about always trying to get stuff out early, and staying on top of everything. He is one of the most consistent, reliable, and trustworthy soul-crushing dictators that I know. That’s why he runs this shit like a boss. ;-)

What an incredibly awesome thing to say.

O.O!

I’m blown away.

First of all - thank you for supporting artists and writers in your community for all these years. Fans and friends like you are the reason we can continue to work on projects like Joey Lynx. Without amazing folks like you - none of this would be possible.

And I am tremendously humbled by the VERY generous support. Thank you. For Joey and Mouse to receive a compliment like that…it’s just…it’s wonderful. All I can think to say is thank you very much thank you very much.

And as for the tickler in green…yeah…Joey doesn’t know her name yet. But there are clues. Clues that she intends to follow. And I can promise you’ll see more of these gals again soon. The question is: who will end up under the feather next?

This was awesome. Thank you for your time and efforts to create this

Thank YOU for your magnificent support. We really appreciate you.

You’re the best, buddy. Thank you. I still someday aspire to be able to draw feet as expressively as you. It’s a life’s pursuit. And I bow in your shadow. Srsly.

As always well worth the wait ^-^
This was a great start to what looks like a great adventure

Yay!!! I’ll keep trying to make the ‘worth’ bigger and the ‘wait’ smaller. You’re wonderful, good pal.

Holy shit.

How else to start this without that simple statement.

Holy. Shit.

It’s always a challenge for me to respond to one of your epic posts. Mainly because I really want to convey how much I appreciate them, and you. But It’s reeeeeeeally hard to put all that appreciation into a buncha typed words. I love how you notice the little details. The ones that you wonder if anyone noticed or really cares about. I love the way you truly devour these worlds, these characters, these stories. It’s like a chef serving a true food-lover. There’s a very tangible joy in seeing your ecstatic consumption of these dishes.

So….thank you. Veraciously. Thank you.

Heh. Well. Yeah.

Here’s the thing…I really wanted to create a new series that was sort of the female equivalent of Poe. In terms of eroticism. Not just the climactic nature of the lead character (although that too) but more the overall commitment to the eroticism. It’s easy to step right up to the line and then coquettishly withdraw slightly and call it good.

I wanted Joey and her whole universe to bound over that line.

And I’m delighted that folks seem to be really digging it so far.

Before I even start, it's funny just how important some introduction to these characters and this world helped shape an expectation and a kind of anticipation to get this in my hands. Had you guys been releasing stuff longer, I'd of probably wanted to kill you because of all the promises and allusions you were making. I’ve done a shitty job in recent times of providing as much promotional material as I would like. And the truth is that I truly enjoy doing these bio sheets, and teaser images, and what not. They’re a bunch of fun for me to manufacture. I’m so glad that I’m spending more time on them again.

And I really really appreciate the good fans and good friends that have helped urge me in that direction. I hope they know the incredibly high regard in which they’re held.

BULLETS AND LAUGHTER, BITCHES!!!!!

I really like the world of Bullets and Laughter. Which is very self-congratulatory, since I wrote/write that world. But I still do. I like the parameters of a world in which there are consequences to laughing. In which it is quite repressed. In a rather tongue and cheek way…but still. I also love noir. I mean LOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE it. Almost as much as I love boobs. So, working on another series with noir themes is…well…just gravy.

And as for Betty…she’s a favorite of mine. There is NO CHANCE that she will not make an appearance in the JOEY LYNX series. The only question is: WHEN AND HOW. Opps…caps lock was still on. Not yelling at you. Promise.

You know me, and so you’ve also probably divined that repressed laughter and sexuality is a sub-theme that I dig. Having an entire universe that plays on the theme is ….. oooooooooo… very appealing to me. And I am deliciously pleased that it is also appealing to you and the fans.

The cover is freaking fantastic! Joey is in absolute stitches, and her feet are some of the best drawn I've seen. Seriously, these look absolutely top shelf, and the wrinkling and the subtle shading, along with the faint lines of movement, really set it off. Covers are of such importance in this genre, and it's obvious a lot of care went into this one.

YIPPIE!

Full disclosure…this cover kicked my ass. I did like four versions, which I almost never do. One of them turned into the Joey Lynx bio page. Two of them just didn’t have the right stuff…so they’re in the dumpster. But this one…boo yeah….this one I reeeeeeeally thought had some magic to it. So, I over worked the bejeziz out of it (look at the tickler’s eyes for crying out loud…did I need to spend THAT MUCH TIME on them? Probably not). But yes.

Thank you.

The cover.

It was a labor of love. Heavy on labor. And yeah…heavy on love too.

The little bandaid on the broken window is a great touch that I picked up on later and went back to see if it was there the whole time. Nice gag there.

YUUUS!!! Thank you for mentioning the daughter. Rebecca Holstein. Heir to the Holstein fortune. She’s an interesting cat. Might she know more than she lets on? Might the deer caught in the headlights routine be a ruse? A boobytrap which conceals a much more sinister purpose?

All I can say is that at the end of issue 1, Rebecca is Joey’s only lead in this case. She’s the only one that can possibly shed some light on the identity of the goons that just tickled the hell out of Joey and her Mousy assistant. And Joey just learned a couple new tricks on how to properly get answers out of gals that might be holding back information. So, expect to see more of Lady Holstein.

And by more of her…I mean…

Well, you get the idea.

;-)

There's no waste here. The story moves from introduction to peril really quickly, and actually, hell, even that feels so caught in those noir narratives, where it's out of the frying pan and into the fire. Eyes, expressions, everything comes out. The eyes are especially stand out because of their vibrancy in color, especially on Joey and Mouse.

Did you just say: “pitbull”? Oh man. You don’t quite realize how awesome you are yet.

But you will.

Soon.

Hey I really appreciate you saying that. I so try to have every comic be as diverse as it can be in regard to tickle spots. Not just because it means that there’s something for everyone in each publication. But because I personally feel that tickling is a type of full-body worship in many ways. And having a character that is as ticklish as Joey all over her beautiful body…how could someone NOT tickle her every single sensitive spot?

It’d be a damn crime.

Whaaaaaaaaaaat?

<.<

Do I seem to be fond of the female breast??

>.>

I….I…..yeah. Guilty as charged. Tee Tas are awesome. No denying it. And as tickle targets they also make for a very erotic locale. With a comic series as erotic as Joey Lynx is intended to be I want to accomplish this goal: I want the breasts to be so ticklish and aroused and ripe that if they COULD somehow ejaculate…they would.

A weird thing to say???!

Maybe.

But pure unrivaled awesomeness of epical proportions.

Yes.

Unequivocally.

Art? Sure, for some people, tickling isn't a sexual thing. But it is for me. Big time. And it is for a lot of people out there.

Well, No Mercy is the tits. And that’s not just another boob joke. Yenny set the bar and then in No Mercy…jumped over the bar. She made the rules and then bent the rules. It’s a community standard of hotness, pacing, and sexy tickling.

That said…if I had Yenny in that position I wouldn’t stop until she and I were both a wet hot mess. Just saying.

This comic doesn't just pay lip service. It goes all the way...in graphic, gooey detail.

Trying…so hard….not to make a ‘lip service’ pun as it applies to erotic tickling.

Shit.

Too late.

It doesn't leave you frustrated in the end; it comes to multiple insanely hot climaxes.

Thanks, man. All I can say is that your feedback means the world to me.

You know how I ultimately feel about this…and in the end I don’t think I’m setting any artistic standards in this (or any genre). I don’t think I’m equal to so many of the amazing, legendary, talented folks who have worked, and many who still work in this rarefied little genre of ours.

I just love this shit.

Like you.

Like all of you.

I try to infuse that love in these projects…and sometimes I get lucky and it is transmitted into the final product effectively. I’ve had the true pleasure of working with incredible people in this genre. And of sharing this stuff with fans that have become genuine friends. My mic drop, my rallying cry would be “let’s do this”.

Let’s create more of this stuff together.

Let me support you the way you all support me.

And let’s all keep loving this shit. Together. Forever.

Thanks again, good friend. Very much.

—————————————————

Unparalleled thanks to all of you for said support.

I’m working feverishly on the next issue already.

If there are any more thoughts on this issue please let me know.

And if anyone has input on issue 2…speak up.

I value your feedback.

As I value all y’all.

Yours criminally,

The Gangstery Bandito

Well, I for one, want to thank Bandito and MTJ for releasing such an amazing comic. Funny, sexy and all amazing. I can't wait for the next issue to arrive, especially since Bandito did say that there is 2 scenes of desperation included. With this characters and in the setting of bullets and laughter, anything can happen and I can't wait to see it. After all, a sexy detective and her shy assistant on a case, any situation is available. Keep up the truly amazing work. Marvin out!

K:

You're sensational, my friend. I truly appreciate you coming by to share your wonderful feedback with us. I am a huge huge huge fan of your writing....so I always really appreciate your feedback so much. I am thrilled that you like Joey and her universe. And thanks for the shout out on the naughty tickling aspect of the comic. I really am glad you liked that approach.

But most of all - thanks for the very generous comments about the bare feet. It's an area where I always try to get better and better. Thank you for your awesome support, and for just being a magnificent human person. ;-)

oh yea it definetly reminded me of a female poe, never thought I'd be saying that

It's a shame that I am not so much paying attention until I saw the MTJ newsletter with Bandito as the creator. But what caught my attention is the genre - the detective genre - which I find absolutely intriguing like: "This would be a witty episode for sure..." So I grabbed my copy and already smiling at the first few panels. It means, I'll be back for the awesomesauce comment... 😀

Marvin out!

No, Thank YOU, brother. I really appreciate the support, Marvin. I'm already working hard on issue #2. These things definitely take awhile (especially now that I'm doing all the coloring and stuff), but you have my word that I will definitely try wrap up issue #2 before too too toooooo long. And yes...I have 2 very specific "holding in the laughter or else something worse will happen" tickle scenes planned for issue 2. I really hope you enjoy it, good buddy.

I was right! Another awesome hit! Don't miss this one!

You're wonderful, buddy. Thank you for your continued support. I really appreciate you and everything you've done for this community.

LMAO. I feel the same way. The idea of a female Poe just...yeah...sounds odd. But hopefully it was a lot of fun in action. You'll be seeing a lot more of Joey in the near future. No doubt about it. ;-)

Ha ha ha. I love you, Bohy. Thank you for your very very very kind and consistent support. I hope you like finding all the clues, and tracking down the suspects with Joey Lynx. And as always - I desperately look forward to your feedback. Thank you for being such an outstanding friend, colleague, and member of our little community. **squeezes tight in a big MTJ bear hug**

Thanks again for all of the deafening support, gang.

I've been so enthused and pumped up that I have been burning the midnight oil and working hard already on issue #2.

I hope to be able to share some WIPs from it before too long.

If your have any input on the completed issue #1 or the future issue #2 please let me know!

Yay,

B

This might just be the best debut comic I can remember. From characters to action, to the fact it more than delivers the goods and isn't ashamed to go there with a twisted smile, it's top of the shelf. It's one of the absolute best comics out there. And the fact is...everything here lends itself so well. This isn't just an introduction to the wonders to come as long as people get invested. No. This is planting great seeds and expressing some of the absolute hottest and explicit tickling action ever. It doesn't leave you frustrated in the end; it comes to multiple insanely hot climaxes.

A true Bandito labor of love... It truly is a labor of love for him. His passion for the genre is reflected in his scripts, fiction, art, and even with his online interactions with fans and critics. He LOVES IT! I've been blessed with the many great folks I have had the honor to work with over the years at MTJ and Bandito is a prime example of that.

We have also been very fortunate to have fans and customers such as yourself that support us and help make all of this possible. Thank you once again for your very kind words and indepth feedback. It truly fuels our fire.

Absolutely HOT!

There's nothing like seeing those neat buttons getting tickled at uber close range again and again... What a fun, and boiling HOT tickling for this debut series. I couldn't imagine the intense revenge after what turned out to be Joey Lynx's ticklish gambit. The "case" would be a real case to go insane with. It's a wacky comic, explosive and one of the most daring episode to let the readers salivate for more.... Kudos Bandtito! I am looking forward to the sequel already!!! 😀 😀 😀

You're the best, Bohy. Thank you for always smothering this community with your loving and amazing support. And I'm so glad that the first issue of Joey Lynx tickled your fancy. Joey, Mouse, and the gang definitely have some more ticklish turmoil to cause. But not before a certain other sensitive cast returns and makes their own squealing noises (and perhaps some Bumping in the NIGHT). I truly appreciate your kind input, my friend.

Awesome stuff! You have really honed your craft B!

That's such a cool thing to say. Thanks, brother. I definitely try to get better with each publication. But looking at the work of some of these artists in this community...I see how much further I have to travel. 🙁 LOL. Huge thanks for the very kind support, good buddy.

Thanks again for all the comments, views, and patronage on Joey Lynx issue #1.

I'm working fiendishly to finish the next project,
