Not wanting to be a wet lettuce but think the two ticklee's are underage.
As for u toyou (sorry), I am using Ace's mega codec pak. See post in alt players thread. Has been able to play all the clips put forward. The codec pak is VVV big though. Good for editing clips (or ruining clips in my case).

sorry about that folks, to be honest, the mainstream tickling listing said both were teenagers, and i understand, that some things vary (like how the ninja turtles kid tickling is ok, and such) again, for the people that missed it, it was a mom tickling twin teens soles, and it was only a sec. i like my other clip a lot better in my own opinion
