I hope this dosen't throw off the resutls of your poll much but it is rather obvious just from the screen capture that that is Not Mr. Blair just some hackneyed comic on MAD TV or something similar.

It's of Dead Ringers (BBC), I actually meant do you think it's an accurate representation of Mr. Blair, but to be honest I think "Ha-Ha you mucked this poll up the first time!" Is likely to be what messes up the results of this poll 😀
