I actually did tickle a pre-op on occasion and it was different.

They were very feminine and almost delicate and extremely ticklish.

Maybe it was their situation but i found myself being crueller than usual, justifying it by the fact that their erections were very strong and telling them that if they didn't like it they wouldn't be so hard.

Their protests that it was torture only made me keep on until they were exhausted.
