Regarding Posts about Minors on the TMF:
First definitions, so we are all speaking the same language.
A minor is defined as anyone under the age of 18 years old.
A adult is defined as a person 18 years old or older.
Because the TMF is a forum that is considered a sexually oriented one, there are rules about posts involving minors.
They are very very simple.
We don't allow posts that involve any form of images, clips, or story with a minor in them as a focus for tickling or other fetish behavior. Period. Any that we find will be removed. There will be zero tolerance on this issue. No exceptions.
This restriction exists because such posts open us up to claims and charges of promoting pedophilic behavior, and all the legal fallout that can come with such charges. Legally it's a gray area, but given the resources we have, it's a battle that we cannot afford to fight. So we will avoid it.
