ok, so I had this knee surgery back in Dec...I have been limping along forever since then. I had a good recover but not 100%. I was a little nervous with Nest and being bound and wiggling all over that I might actually re injure myself.
I feel incredible. My leg feels great, my body feels great. I feel more energized then I have since my surgery! I was hoping around like I had not in a long time...thanks Nest!
