She hates balloons when they pop! Its like a phobia of hers.
Although from the gifs sure do look like he's tickling her, it's more of a reaction to her balloon phobia. Hilarious gifs anyway, thanks!

I saw that show. no tickling there, even though it might appear to be.
Olivia Munn is gorgeous. It was her fear of balloons but still a cute scene.

Jeez Louise, you guys talk like only one thing can happen at a time. Isn't it entirely possible that she was both freaked out by the balloon and being goosed in the waist by that guy? It doesn't have to be prolonged tickling to have an effect. Isn't that the same guy who tickled her waist before? Regardless, she was tickled there before, very effectively, so that's not an issue.

Kevin never tickled Olivia before, I've been watching the show for the last few years. She's deathly scared of ballons, I saw that episode when it first aired.
