Does anyone know if ticklkitten is still a member of the TMF. I heard there was some drama going around, and there were a lot of speculations.

I'm not trying to start anything, I'm just curious if she's still around, or if she's okay.

Kind of in the dark here, if somebody can shed some light on if she's here or not, I'd appreciate it.
 
A veteran TMFer told me that there was an incident between her and another member. Not to spread rumors or anything because I dont know the lady but I WAS told to stay away from her and that she makes plays for the guys on here to meet them offline. I have a serious relationship so I listened but even more than that I dont know who the heck she is so it was pretty easy advice to follow. I apologize if it sounds like im slandering Kitten, such is not my intent but im just repeating what I was told. Im happy and comitted with my girl as my sig says. 😀
 
Kitten is still around. She just doesn't post here anymore due to some personal reasons. I am a good friend of hers. She may have had some problems with some members but that's between them and her. You shouldn't always listen to rumors unless you hear it from the person themself. But yes, she's still around and doing fine.

Not listening to rumors except when it comes to something that could cause a rift in my relationship. Then I have to listen and at least be cautious. Like I said though I dont know the girl and have nothing against her. I was simply warned by a friend whos a veteran on here. Im kind of new so I guess he was just imparting some advice. :triangle:

Thanks for the update gigglegal...I'm glad she's doing well. I always enjoyed her posts and miss them very much. I wish her the best.

Im not bringing her down, im merely trying to avoid her bringing ME down! You see (by my sig) that I have a girlfriend that I love more than my own life. I did however hear from a longtime TMFer the things I did (which I didnt print on the board by the way) and I dont want anything to do with a trouble maker...thats it. In fact I clearly said I have nothing personal against the girl in my posts. Judging by you being someone with a mere 14 posts on the boards and coming on here to clear her name you are either A. Her or B. Sent by her. Either way dont get your undies in a bunch slick, I really could not care less. Sorry! :zzzzz:
 
It's never ends in here Giggle mentioned personal reasons now to me that sums it up in a nutshell. Giggle is a close and personnal friend of Kitten and knowing both of them Giggle is 100% correct it's PERSONAL why can't it just be left there.
 
Ah yes... my two cents.

This is exactly why this place drives me crazy. Consider this my "peace out". Many of you guys are incredible people... you lead awesome lives filled with love and happiness. Others... like the gentleman above (whom I have my own theories on btw) took a thread that was meant in niceness and turned it around in nastiness. That just wasn't necessary. But unfortunately has become something of a trend where I am concerned. I don't know you Sacrifice, I'd never heard of you before you posted in this thread so no fear for you or your relationship. Worry not, I didn't even know it EXISTED until you opened your mouth and said what you did.

THanks for the concern jerseytickler... I know we've exchanged the random pm here and there. But as gigglegal and switch said, I'm just fine. And thanks for your support guys. Sorry if I've worried you with my absence, there just came a point where I realized that very few people on here knew/cared who Carrie was... they were only interested in that 2% of my personality labled "ticklkitten" which is no more than a silly screen name I came up with some time ago when I was lonely and looking to make friends living in a place where I knew no one.

Trust me.... lol. Given the apparant amount of privacy around here I'm SURE word would spread otherwise.

Anyhow... I ramble.

If you are that concerned about the stability of your relationship, perhaps you should work on fixing that up instead of jumping at the ghostly possibilities of bad things coming from an online personality. Or were you so worried that you could be manipulated and torn from your relationship so easily?

In any case, I'm sorry Kitten feels the way she does, but after seeing some of the comments, such as yours, I understand why she doesn't feel very welcome.
 
That is why i LOVE/HATE the internet at the same time. People can take something fun and caring threads about one member or anything online and turn it 360 degrees into something nasty and rude and mean and hurtful and sometimes even dangerous.

I love the internet and being on the computer alot. I admit i do. Meeting new people online is great and sharing ideas with people online and discussing favorite topics is also all good and great.

But thier is always that slight IN THE BACK OF YOUR HEAD idea. Where your thinking to yourself is the person on the other end of the line and computer that i'm talking to REALLY who they say they are and really who they put themselfs out as? or Should i stay clear from this person and never go back?

With the high speed connections and tech savvy people theses days. That is one thing that you will never know about the other person inless YOU know them in real life and online.

Using your brain and witts and judgement our the keys.



(LOL sorry) ok maybe this has nothing to do with ticklkitten and whatever she has been through. But it might who knows. Just thought i would put my two cents in.
 
She was supposed to come to our NYE Tickle Party.
Confirmed she was and ended up as a NO show and have not heard from her since about a few weeks prior to NYE.

Wrote to her via email and still nothing.

I don't know who this kitten person is...but if she feels the need to leave the forum either the forum did wrong by her or she has done wrong and needs to hide. I do not know what NYE is but if she didn't show don't you think she should have to explain herself to those of, I guess, NYE? ( What is NYE anyway? ) I am not taking sides here but it seems to me that this Kitten ( whoever she is ) is a lightening rod. Is that good or bad, I don't know. But whoever she is, I certainly hope she is safe and well. Again, I am not taking sides. I am just trying to be my objective little self. Now I hope I didn't create more trouble. I just want to be friends.

NYE is New Years Eve.
I finally heard from her. Today, via email. She is fine. Just upset at a few things that happened in her life and here in the TMF. I have NO details.
 
I was just wondering why I hadn't seen any posts from Ticklekitten here in a while and if she has personal reasons why she doesn't want to post here anymore that is fine. I don't necessarily have to know every detail of her personal reasons so I'll respect her privacy. As long as she is okay, that's all that matters. I am sorry that things got bad enough for her on this forum that she felt the need to leave being on this website. I will miss her and wish her good luck in life!

I`ve never had the pleasure of meeting ticklekitten, but from reading her posts she seems like a nice person. Her decision not to participate in the TMF anymore is really no ones business but hers, and the gossip digging that is going on in this thread really brings this place down a notch.

Well said. God, I am so tired of this, and probably shouldn't open my mouth. But... not that it's anyone's business, yes, Kitten and I had an issue a little while ago. But like mature adults, we talked about, realized it was a simple misunderstanding, and made up... the end. If Carrie wants some time off from the forums, let her have it. I am really dissapointed with some of the childish rumor-mongoring that has again reared its ugly head in this thread. And I'm pretty sure I know who spread them, Sacrifice. Don't rely on others to make your opinions for you, OK? There are two sides to every story. You have a mind of your own, and can form your own opinions. Leave the girl alone. Christ.
