I used to watch her exercise show on ESPN2, Gotta Sweat. There were two episodes where she was actually tickled on camera by her younger sister, Cameo Kneuer. I actually had one of the episodes on tape where she was tickled, but my video is pretty much close to biting the dust and I have no way of uploading it to the forum. Sad, I know. I was wondering if anyone on here was a fan of her's and actually saw those episodes?
She didn't exactly react how one would react to being tickled though. I'll describe the video that I have. Cory is doing this exercise standing up where she's pulling down on one of those set weight bars. I'll try to piece together some of the dialogue which is kinda funny.
(Cory mentions in a somewhat embarassed manner that she used to be a bad gymnast, which Cameo recalls by saying that it wasn't true.)
Cory: Kinda.
Cameo: national state champion, i don't think so.
(some mumbling and a few laughs between the two)
Cameo: you were good!
Cory: OK folks, squeeze it down.(that just sounds funny)
(At this point, we see that Cameo takes a look at the area that's under her armpits and I suppose near Cory's chest area)
Cameo: OK, squeeze it up, right here.
(This is where Cameo places her fingers at first resting them there, and it looks as if Cory got the memo and actually looks at the camera in a surprised manner. Then Cameo begins the "assault.")
Cameo: Ticklish?
Cory: No, but keep doing 'cause it feels pretty good!
(The two share laughter. Uggghhh, I wish my tape wasn't so messed up.)
Cameo: OK, three more.
(Cameo's method was something I called, "spider fingers" or "playing the piano." At the beginning of Cory's "no..." statement, Cameo was pressing on that area under the armpit, and got pretty close to her Cory's boob with the thumb, middle, ring, and pinkie finger squeeze/tickle method, which was followed up with the index pressing that same area. Cameo moved up and down for about 10 seconds. Cory then called for a commercial break, in which Cameo then stopped.)
Cory: OK everyone, we'll be right back, keep going.
(Cameo actually puts her fingers back in the same area, but this time resting it there in time for the commercial break, for some more tickling.)
Cameo: Keep going. (Which I think is a pretty funny thing to say given the situation as Cameo is commanding Cory to continue her exercises while she goes on to tickle her.)
If it matters, Cory was wearing some red outfit that had a weird criss-cross design in the chest area and was pretty much showing off the back save for some straps. She was also wearing some weird shorts that looked more like exercise underwear. I can't really describe it. Cameo was wearing black shorts and a red tanktop with a black fishnet/mesh design on the back area.
Whew. I can somewhat describe the other episode from memory, with little dialogue since I don't have it on tape:
Once again, Cory is doing some exercises where she's lifting two weights up in the air, while sitting down. Cameo is behind her, spotting her. At one point during the spot, Cameo does the "come here" motion with her fingers to Cory's armpit.
Cory's response: oh, and no tickling for those out there!
(I can't remember if they were sharing a laugh for that.)
Cory had to change up an exercise where she was lifting the weights mid-level up to her shoulders. Cameo then changed her method and tickled the sides of Cory's arms for a short bit then if I remember right, Cameo took turns poking with her index finger(possibly a sort of tickle-jab) to Cory's muscular arms. That's how it ends.
I'd love to see the second episode again, mainly because it's been a memory I've had for a while!
Hopefully that pleases some people out there who wondered if Cory Everson was ticklish. She probably had good control not to laugh on air.
