After reading a recent thread, about VHS pirating, I realized that the reason that TIB stopped selling VHS tapes and DVD's was because of loss of profits from pirating.

I think a lot of that is paranoia, and I think if we started a petition (responding to this thread with a yes and a reason, or a no with a reason) more light will be brought to this situation, to show them that they will have sales if they start up again.
Lately there have been file downloads that I purchased that were so good in content, but so small in quality, (not full screen) there HAS to be a DVD of it!
LIKE: Molly tickling Ariel, Viviana being tickled by the genie, Cheerleader Aleesha tickling teacher Ariel on her pantyhose feet - Oh my GOD!
And the thought of pirates ruining all this fun for us is just...unacceptable.
Now, I know TIB is really passionate about this issue, but I must humbly disagree with him - I don't think pirating is that big a drain on their business. I agree that pirating COULD be a drain on profits if it become rampant, but I just don't believe that is IS rampant. You can't sell their videos on Ebay, and that's the biggest market that he regulars here will visit. Basically, if someone is selling pirating copies, most people wouldn't know how to get there to even buy them!
Another point is, there are now over 9,000 members here. A few will buy videos, depending on what they like: ie: if it features pantyhose, I'll buy it, unless it is a really ticklish girl, then I'll consider it. (I'd buy a DVD of Viviana being tickled by the genie...)
Of the few who will buy videos on a regular basis, they want quality, they don't want to 1.) give profits to someone who would shut down the producers, thereby having nothing new to buy in the future, 2.) want a crappy, grainy tape when they can get a master copy that is clear and perfect, 3.) not want to help any pirates become rich by sitting on their asses and producing nothing, and 4.) not want to risk sending money in and receiving a blank VHS tape, or nothing at all, which many pirates do.
TIB, and Jeff, and Bella and all the other producers are worried about people buying pirated copies, but they're not realizing something important - those people who will buy a pirated copy will never bother buying an original in the first place, so they shouldn't even be counted in the equation. If you guys successfully stop all the pirates, these people won't buy your tapes, they always wanted something for cheap or free. So why should the whole community be deprived of high quality DVD's because of them?
As to the poeple who are pissed at you in the pirating thread, TIB, they won't buy your tapes anyway, so who cares about them? OR, they were buying your tapes, and are just ranting to get a reaction - like people who say they hate Star Trek, but are standing in line when the next movie come out.
I think if enough people let it be known they would buy RealTickling tapes and DVD's, new and old, they'll be back in business.
I for one WILL buy a DVD of Viviana being tickled by the genie, Ariel being tickled in pantyhose by the cheerleader, and anything new that is made, like new stuff with Ariane, or Molly or Ariel or Viviana being tickled in pantyhose.
