tib, i have a quick question...you say you dont have time to do videos anymore, yet you are still obviously shooting all kinds of ticklign scenes...getting new girls...etc. does it actually increase the time required to do all this two or three fold to just burn these scenes onto a dvd or copy them to tapes versus making them into video clips and selling them online? just seems that youre still going full steam minus the hardcopies of the vids....?

yeah, it takes much more time when you consider purchasing VHS cassettes, DVDs, and getting the media into the correct format for each, then actually overseeing/creating/dubbing the hard copies (for what would be the equivalent now of maybe 50 titles.)

but most hard of all? the shipping and packaging headaches and time consumed by them. getting orders back in the mail saying "address unknown." having people email and say "i never got my order in the mail" when we know we sent it and it had never came back to us. all those kinds of things take a LOT of time and effort.

the moral of the story? we just don't have that kind of time anymore. we were willing to take a huge income loss when we stopped the DVD sales. we knew we'd make a lot less money, but it's something we were prepared for and will live with.

Just curious is this a full time job or is it something you do one the side? (does it pay well? 😛 )

Try Dazzle Digital Video Creator. You plug your Cam or VHS to it, and to the PC and record for one to the other.
