<I><U>Ad.DoubleClick.Net</U></I> appears to be interested in my financial transactions if I have opened and closed the chatroom without exiting NetScape.
I don't have a strong case one way or the other at this moment; but I certainly have observed enough to raise a strong suspicion.
Without accusing anybody at this moment, can I get a few others to test this as well ?
If others can duplicate the behavior I'm about to describe, please let me know.

Netscape 7.02 Gecko/20030208 (I think that means February 8th, 2003)
<B>--- Sequence Of Events --- </B>
-01- Connected to TMF via Netscape
-02- Clicked on Chatroom
-03- Opened the emoticon key in a separate <I><B>TAB</B></I> (not a window)
-04- In the original tab, connected to the chatroom
-05- Stayed there; Idunno, 20 minutes maybe
-06- Exited the chat room
-07- Closed the <I><B>TAB</B></I> (not the window) which was holding the chatroom emoticon key
-08- Exited the chatroom, but not Netscape.
-09- Closed most (perhaps all,, I wasn't doing DV on this) of my other apps, leaving Netscape on the task bar
-10- Entered MsWindows "Standby" Mode (i.e.: [CTRL~ESC], "Shut Down", "Stand by")
-11- Left the house for an hour or two.
-12- Returned and touched a key
-13- Waited 10 seconds
-14- Clicked on the Netscape task-bar button.
-15- Opened a new <I><B>TAB</B></I> (not a window).
-16- Connected to my bank
At this point, I saw this on my screen...
