membership problem with http://www.tickling-bondage.com/

First of all, I apologise if I post this at the wrong section, but I thought my post would get more attention in this general discussion area.

I tried to join the above site (http://www.tickling-bondage.com/)last month by credit card, but I ran into an error that it had declined my card (so I had already entered all my details). I tried it a second time, but again the same error, so I gave up.

A couple days ago however, I received my usual monthly credit card bill, and it was charged with a one-month fee to this polish website. I emailed them with this information last week, but I didn't receive any response so far.

So I thought I might try this forum and see if anyone had any suggestions on how to contact the webmasters of this site, or if they themselves should visit this forum once in a while...

the problems weren't caused by tickling-bondage, but by the billing company.

thanks a lot for the effort, and again I want to apologize for my impatient behavior!
