Where can one find a converter app or program to change the format of video clips and/or audio clips? For example, if I have a clip that's in RealMedia (.rm) but I want to change it so that it is in the Windows Media format (.wmv). Any clues, hints, or big, neon signs welcome!

We have created a new store to cater to folks who prefer to use Mac formated clips, rather than WMV clips. They are in Quicktime format. Those of you ok with wmv can continue buying clips from our regular store, while those who prefer a more Mac friendly format can shop at our new Mac store...

Okay, I'm trying to change the format of my DVD files so I can edit them on my computer and post online. But everytime I've tried to change the format it messes up the clip. Is there a better way to go about doing this???
