Toothbrushes seem to work wonders, but is there a particular recommended brand? What do you guys use? Also, which brand is the one with the removable head, because judging from some of the tickle videos I've seen, the little metal rod underneath works extremely well too.

For foot tickling fans...I recommend tc5035 from real tickling. The ticklee's reaction is somewhat exaggerated but the tickle method used is awesome.
