I've noticed that when I get tickled, I lose sensitivity much faster than I'd like. Is there anything I can do to avoid/alleviate this problem?

Have you ever heard of a pregnant woman change in sensitivity? Either become more ticklish or less ticklish? Would be interesting to hear what people have experienced.

We know nylons make feet sensitive, but what about shoes. Do you have a preference for what kind of shoes your ticklee is wearing? I ever wonder if they add to ticklish 'sensitivity' ?
