Does anyone have a solid answer or educated guess as to whether larger female feet are more ticklish than smaller?

I need to know how to change a movie to make it a smaller file. (Specifically I need to change something in Quicktime format to something smaller.) If anyone knows how or if there are easy directions here on how to do it could you please post it here? Splitting the file up with hacha or winrar...
