Melissa the professional yoga and fitness instructor is back. If you wanted more intensity and to see more of Melissa, you've got it in this episode! She stands 5.9 with a size 8.5 shoe. This time she's looking for a high-intensity workout to help shape up her abs. After a brief intro to our viewers, she comes prepared in her dress outfit - thinking it would only take a few minutes and she would be on her way. She couldn't have been more wrong! She transitions from her dress to swimwear - making her upper body and thighs even more exposed. We aimed to make her "exercise" as long as possible until it was clear she had nothing left.
