While romantic, I've always been scared of these things.

Yeah, I'm super scared of heights so I'm right there with ya rdhd. I don't even go on building rooftops let alone cliff sides. LOL.

We used to parachute in after dark, we had night vision, but try that some time lol I've been up in hot air balloons probably 125 times at least. There is a festival here starting every Labour Day and yes we spell "labour" here with a u. I've never witnessed an accident but it wouldn't be pretty.

Heh, yeah, I fully admit that I am definately not man enough to jump out of a plane (especially at night) with a parachute let alone go up in a hot air balloon.

I was in the army and I still skydive, I quit university after the first semester and joined when I was 18. I'm 24 now and yes I am a firefighter. just a rookie though, I've been on the job for 1yr.
