My pen pal Don, whom I've mentioned on here. (He's the guy who got me into talking about tickling) told me about this foot licker guy just before he passed away in July, 2002. This foot licker took things to an extreme. It is a perfect example of how one must contain themselves even when they see a pair of pretty feet they want to tickle. If I tickled every pretty pair of feet I see, I'd be in jail for a long time already!
I think I posted on here in the past of a case I heard of in NYC in the 1980's. There was this guy the news media described as "bizzare"
What he would do is to tackle women on the streets of NYC, pull their shoes off, tickle their soles while they were on the ground, and then steal their shoes. I think some of you mentioned you have heard of this guy's case. Again, an example of how we must control ourselves, even when we see feet we want to tickle. It doesnt surprise me that the foot licker got the time he did. Sometimes nowadays they are harsher for sexual crimes and harrassment than they are for even murder. Hopefully the guy learned his lesson so that when he comes out of jail, he wont do such acts again to get himself in trouble. It sounds like he needs professional help.
