😀 On the old Sonic the hedgehog and Friends cartoon series Dr.Robotnik tickled the inventor's foot for about 2 minutes while he was tied to a tree.
Dr. Robotnik's robot chicken henchman tickled a Pharoah pigeon's foot for about 2 minutes while the pigeon was gagged/muzzled and tied sitting in his throne. 🙂
