I decided to go with the April from the 2008 TMNT series, TMNT: Back to the Sewers.

She is being tortured by 1 of Don Tortelli's Scientists, Eva Machiavella.

Don Tortelli has become a technology Industry Billionaire.
His employee and Machiavellian ambitious scientist is taking it upon herself to interrogate the snooping Ms. Oneil. 🙂
