2012 actually explained?

if there is a zombie attack then the hollywood brother willsurvive and so will the people of the tickletheater. the reason for the survival is that the hollywood brother and all the good people of this grand main event tickling forum have the power of the tickle to guide them in destroying the evil zombies. now if the zombies walk around with eighties style boom boxes while eating only the brains of the non tickling world then the hollywood brother is down with them but if they go after the tickling community here at the tickle theater then the hollywood brother will have to layeth the smacketh down on the zombies and send them back to hell because the power of the tickle theater will combat the evil zombies and that is the bottom line because the hollywood brother said so

i'm just waiting for the date to come so when nothing happens I can laugh at all the doomsayers while beating them senseless for wasting their life and my time.

In the year 2012, Sarah Palin will revert back to her original form as a space alien. She will demand and get all of earth's spent inkjet cartridges before taking off for her home planet.

even scientists are saying nothing will happen, but there are alot of theroies and their all so assinine and halarious

my personal favorite theroy is "on december 21, 2012 the moon will loom over us and fall on the earth, destroying everything in a great wall of fire"

that was taken straight from "The Legend Of Zelda Majora's Mask" another one of my favorites is "in 2012 the sun will move into the center of the solar system and heat the earth so the ice caps will melt and flood the earth"

first of all the sun never moved for billions of years, and its BEEN in the center of the solar system...for billions of years..oh these 2012 theroies are what keep me going lollollollollollollol

How about another mind blowing prediction? In the year 2010, we won't say; two thousand ten, we'll just say twenty ten.

You heard it here folks!

When I celebrate the new year in 2013, the very first thing I am going to do is post my song which makes fun of EVERY SINGLE video out there that warns us, predicts our doom, tells us about us getting butt-raped by satan and every other doomsday prediction, and I am going to do this because I really can't stand all that the world is going to end crap. There are theories out there wich are so mindblowingly dumb... Man oh man, what humans can come up with.

Or the world does end at 2012. That would suck, then i have made the song all for nothing.

i think the change that is being predicted won't be a physical catastrophe, but a social change, whether good or bad. the world ending is not an option, i don't think, and even if it does, the ones who predicted it can't gloat! lol

Well, actually the sun does move. It wobbles in either back and forth, or left and right, or in a slight circle. Then it also moves because it's in a wing of the milky way, which is itself moving.:scared lol

hm...never knew that, i always thought it stayed in the center lol

Does anyone know if Antarctica will still be intact by the end of 2012? I often wondered what would happen to our planet's axis if Antarctic as well as the north pole disappear. Would Earth's tilt be changed (aka would the equator now be running through New York City and Upper Europe or something like that)?

I gotta say though, we're more likely to wipe ourselves out. A single viral agent that a government has manufactured that is designed for bio-warfare could wipe out millions and that's not including the rest of the bio-weapons as well as the nukes in ICBM's and submarines and THAT ISN'T INCLUDING ALL THE WEAPONS WE'VE PLACED IN ORBIT AROUND THE PLANET TOO BOOT!

Indeed 😉 We're part of a "galactic arm" that orbits an unfathomably large black hole in the center of our galaxy, which itself, is moving. You'll also notice, with your favorite telescope, that there's another unfathomably large object in the sky, moving toward us - called the Andromeda Galaxy.

To knock the planet off it's axis, you would literally have to do just that; knock it off it's axis. The planet's axis is not determined by the ice caps. If they melted, it would still be a huge disaster because the water level would rise. If any of you TTers live in California and fear the ice caps melting, I would move. Your state will be the first one to go. Land mass would "shrink" on the coasts in general. This would also cause a bit of a temperature rise.

About nukes: Give humanity SOME credit 😉 We've only used two nuclear weapons on another country. We have not since. There's this plan in 'action' - albeit a stupid one - called Mutually Assured Destruction.

You build a bomb, I build a bigger bomb. You build an even bigger bomb, I build a bomb that can blow up the world. You don't build a bigger bomb. We don't destroy the world. It's a dumb plan, I know - but those terrible nuclear weapons we have that can supposedly destroy the world 8 times over will never get used. I could see us throwing a non-nuclear ICBM at North Korea or Iran though.

I don't see us using viral agents, or another country using them. Terrorist-organizations are not well-funded, and it requires billions of dollars to make a "designer virus". That, plus with our upgraded security, and intelligence agencies around the world that generally get along only for the specific purpose of stopping terrorism. Mossad (Israel's CIA) warned us about a terrorism attack a month before 9/11. Bet you next time they pick up chatter and warn us, we'll listen.

Are you talking about the planet's ORBIT around the sun or it's AXIS? I seem to remember the magnetic poles or even Antarctica had a part to play in at least Earth's axis but I could be wrong.

Yeah, big flaw in that logic...all it takes is one screw up (aka like Russia mistaking a falling satellite for an ICBM attack or a submarine commander screwing up and laughing his nukes) and we're all done for. You want me to give credit to a race that builds enough nukes to destroy the world 8 times over yet doesn't use them unless something goes wrong? Do you have any idea HOW MANY THINGS could go wrong? It's a bloody miracle the bloody earth isn't a giant sphere with a radioactive glass surface yet. Yeah...not much credit in that.

They won't be used unless all hell breaks loose. In your own words, "mutually assured destruction" and yes, we do have our own bio-weapons. They make bio-weapons, we make better ones, they make better ones, etc etc.

Oh, you're such a misanthrope. The magnetic poles are not the same thing as Antarctica. Antarctica has not always existed as a massive icy "continent". I wanna say between... 540,000,000 and 250,000,000 BCE, Antarctica was a mild-tempered landmass in the northern hemisphere. 😉

It's not a "miracle" at all that the planet isn't a radioactive wasteland. Unfortunately, a great DEAL of the planet is radioactive thanks to nuclear testing and accidents like Chernobyl. However, they don't just assign random assfucks to guard these things.

Now, a falling satellite would not be "mistaken" because they would acquire visual confirmation of it before deciding what to do. Most likely they would launch an intercept missile to destroy it first. ICBM and satellite do not look alike. 😉

Submarines don't carry nukes. They carry nuclear-powered propulsion systems for the submarines themselves, but that is not a nuclear weapon.

For the viral agents, we produce them to learn how to counter-act them.

Wasn't this 2012 nonsense first predicted by the Mayans? If they were so psychic, how come they didn't see the Spanish conquest coming?

This is going to be like all that Y2K crap all over again. :thumbdown

Some subs absolutely carry nukes.

SLBM = submarine-launched ballistic missile.

You don't think the Navy would let the Army and the Air Force be the only nuclear armed branches of the US military, do you?

In fact, I think all of the UK's and possibly all of France's nukes are SLBMs.

the mayans predicted a change, certainly...
and as for seeing the spanish coming....you don't choose what you see! XD

It does always stay in the center ... of the solar system. It may wobble in its orbit around the center of the galaxy but every single star is stationary within its own solar system.

Fair enough. Hey, remind me - when was the last time anyone launched a nuclear attack from a submarine? Might be why I've never heard of that.. lol

My point about having people that aren't idiots and good security protocols still remains intact, though. I can't speak much for the Russians in that regard, however. Chernobyl was one of their "top designs". So I suppose as long as we get rid of Russia, and any other countries full of tardrockets, we'll be okay.

It does more than "wobble"... it orbits the center of the galaxy at 486,000 miles per hour, or 782,141 kilometers per hour. At that speed, it takes 226,000,000 years to make a complete pass around the galaxy. 😉

I'm working as fast as I can on the ion cannon specifically designed to shoot down alien ships.
