Fort Wayne here also, and the females just arent flying out of the woodworks. I use to have lots of luck in yahoo chat rooms then things changed now it's just happen stance if I am able to find anyone willing to be locked in the stocks and have their feet tickled.

Don't be discouraged that people are reading your post and not responding. It's nothing personal. I cruise this subforum occasionally when there's nothing going on in the NE forum, because I occasionally travel to the midwest and am always looking for someone interesting.
I go out of my way to NOT post a response (even in my home forum) if I don't think I'd be a good fit, other than occasional words of encouragement. In this case, because I'm a dude, and like to tickle dudes, and you mentioned that you want to tickle girls. I'm not going to insult you and ask to tickle you when that's specifically not what you asked for.
You did say you're so frustrated that you might try anything, and if so, great! But FWIN is a long way from home for me, and it sounds like you might already have someone local you could try. Everyone here can relate with your frustration at one time or another in their lives.
I wish you the best of luck in your quest, and I'm happy to chat anytime. Please PM me if you decide to edit your post, because I really don't keep up on this subforum, but I want to honor my promise to remove all mention if you decide to change it.

I wish there wasn't such a stigma put on it. wish we could have a place to meet and actually see females openly excited and into being tickled.

Ilike, have you tried Fetlife or Craigslist? I know CL is shady! But you can find models on there if you are willing to pay to play. Good luck!!
