There's a tickling comic (or story-with-art, or something) where a girl wakes up to find herself in stocks. For most of the comic we just see here head and feet. Someone uses an IV tube to put something into her ankles (a formula?) and her feet frow HUGE and then get tickled silly. And the more she gets tickled, the more primitive and silly her language gets.

Anyone have this?
