59.4 MB gif advertisement?

If I'm not quick enough to cancel my browser's attempt to download this thing on every page other than the forum index, my forum experience grinds to a halt as it attempts to re-download the 59.4 MB ad for "Kendra's 4 Way Tickle Torture".

A 59.4 MB gif?!

Surely this is the wrong file for a small thumbnail ad?

It's a random pull from C4S, it should cycle out less then 12 hours. We have no control over this. Though I will make a note to ask C4S to not allow these sizes.
