A guy who Ross knew who was a "Shark" A man who was a multimillionaire attorney, who was gradually getting out of his law practice, to focus on Marketing, and PR.
Ross contacted his attorney, and told the attorney of his plan.
"You had better step very, very carefully with this guy Ross, or he will swallow, you, Kayley, RossShell, and your whole damn world up in his mouth" Ross's attorney said.
"It's one friendly meeting, and do not worry, Ross will keep his mouth shut" Ross said.
"Thanks for meeting with me. I know you;re busy" Ross said.
"Competing with you now buddy, did all I can in law" Ross's friend said.
"Please leave some room for us little guys, I have to have a way to make a living for my poor teacher wife and myself" Ross said.
"Dont fuck with an old friend, Kayley and you are far from poor, and I know all about Tim and his deals" Ross's friend, Jerry said.,
"Seriously, Jerry, that;s my problem . You must know how much I need and value Tim as both my friend, and my client. Yet, Tim gave me this client, Adam,. with whole I just cannot figure out how to come up with a plan to make Adam happy. Adam seems to be all over the place with his ideas. I have to keep an eye on Tim, and my other major source of income , two guys in Texas and Oklahoma. I want to delegate Adam to my VP's in the office, but I have to be careful because of Tim" Ross said.
"My advice, as both an attorney, and your friend. I know you, Ross C, and I know how you need Tim for RossShell, Kayley, and you to survive Hold a three way meeting with Adam, Tim, and you, and explain this to all of them. Be respectful, but don't run scared. Just be yourself" Jerry said.

When Ross got back to the office, the first logical person he called was Tim. "Tim, would it be okay i got Adam to agree to the three way call between us. We have to finally resolve this one way or the other" Ross said.
"Absolutely, I will deal with Adam, and dont worry,. I'm behind you 100%. Adam needs me" Tim said.
"Thanks, Tim, I appreciate it" Ross said.
The next day, the men agreed to a three way meeting over dinner.
""Tim, Adam, may I put forward my thoughts?" Ross asked.
"That ;s what we are here for, you are our representative, just say what is on your mind, Adam and me are listening" Tim said.
"Okay, Tim, you know how much I value and respect you as both my friend and my client, you are always my top priority. Adam, you are a fantastic business client and human being. The two of you also know about my ever increasing focus on Fritz and Steve. I am only one man. I honestly do not feel that I can give Adam my top 100% of attention without at least some assistance from my VP's. Can we agree that ,., for the most part, I service Tim alone, 100%, and Adam's ideas are listened to by my VP's, put forth to me, and all ideas are approved and looked at by me. I just feel that I cannot spend the volume of time needed for Adam. To turn Adam over to another firm is , to me , unprofessional and disrespectful to Tim and Adam as both clients, and people. Is this acceptable to both of you? This would have to be my final request for now, and I hope you both see why I;'m saying this. It's for Adam;s benefit, the benefit of me, and RossShell, and of us all" Ross said.
Tim said. "Honestly, my friend. I think this is the only way you can do it. I would rather you have your VP's work on it, you approve it, and have it be done right Then to half ass it, and someone;'s interests get hurt "Tim said.
Adam nodded his head. "I'm an easy guy to please. I should have known how much you had on your plate when it took you so long, and you said ideas were scattered in your head" Adam said.
"Let's just say that Kayley can vouch for that with my computer work in the den at 3 am, which did not all make her happy " Ross said.
The three men agreed on the deal ,. shook hands, and Ross took an Uber home, with a bottle of wine for Kayley, expensive iced tea for himself

Kayley , who was grading papers, took off her reading glasses, and looked at Ross cross eyed.
"Should I call someone now, or do you want to do it first?" Kayley said.
"I just came up with a plan with Tim and Adam to deal with this whole thing. VP's service Adam. I service, you, Tim, Fritz and Steve" Ross said.
"Wow, you must be really proud of yourself on that one" Kayley said sarcastically.
"Kale , please, that means no more obsessing over Adam. You said he was affecting your sex life and my sleeping., Now he won't. We can go to bed tonight, snuggle up, have fun, do whatever you want, and sleep" Ross said.
"I hope so. It will at least be nice not to have to hear Adam's name for a change" Kayley said.
"The only person you will be hearing is your name, my dear. "Oh, Kale, Kale., honey, you are soooooo good!" Ross said, trying to change the subject.
"I hope so. You are enough of a pain in the ass to deal with already" Kayley said sarcastically.
That night, Ross went to bed like a man who had just won a major triumph. Ross and Kayley made love, and held each other until they fell asleep . Kayley opened her eyes at 230am, and Ross was sleeping next to her. Finally he opened one eye and said. "Dont sit there and watch me sleep., it creeps me out, if you want to do something to me, just do it, otherwise, please go back to sleep, Madam Teacher, I am fine" Ross said.
Kayley kissed Ross and slept next to him. "Good then to am I"
"Catastrophe Averted" Ross said.
"Until the next one" Kayley said.
