It felt right. I can't really explain it, but it just feels right.
Anyway, here's what she is in my mind:
Ouranus is 5'5" and weighs 110 lbs. She has a slender build and very flexible. Her hair is bright silver and depending on her mood, she wears it in a pony tail or lets it hang down. Her hair reaches down a few inches to the small of her back. She has a size six foot with slender slightly long toes. Typically she can either wear no polish, black, or silver. Her eye color is a deep golden color. In addition she has pale skin, and it is very sensitive to the touch.
That reason alone is enough for her to hide her ticklishness. She is highly sensitive on her stomach, ribs, armpits and her feet. Typically she would wear clothes to hide those areas, but it is sometimes hard to keep the clothes on her upperbody intact. If she gets into trouble, her shirt that keeps her stomach and sides protected becomes a ripped midriff that exposes her flat stomach. In addition to her shirt, she wears a pair of tan shorts combined with a pair of black boots that go up to her knee. She also has a pair of white socks that go with her boots as well. If anything, she needs the extra protection for her feet. They are the most sensitive part on her to tickle.
When she gets tickled, she normally begs for mercy or some relief. However, her laughter is sweet, almost musical.
