I'm a member of an up and coming RPG web forum. Right now as system is in the works for a fully-funcitoned, computer generated battle system that will both allow you to fight other users as well as interact with others in an RPG world. The currently work is based off of the popular Raganok Online, and even though the coding and hack for this system is still underway, it look very promising.
Right now you can choose your class, as well as weopons, armor, items, and even a summons of your choice. All these things cost whats refered to here as 'Zeny'. How much zeny you have to spend on is determinded CURRENTLY by your post count. As you post your stats get higher, and when you reach certain pre-determinded levels, you will have more options available to you as far as class and such is concerned.
While this forum is primarily made for RPG players, it is also a forum in which you can talk about anything. Just as you would here or similar forums. Right now there are only 12 members, as the site is still brand new. I have known most of the members from past forums however, and am friends or aquiantances of most of them.
There is a catch though. This is by no means a fetish forum of any kind. Although, I have told my friends and aquaintances recently on another forum that I myself have a fetish (if it can be called that). So they wouldn't be unprepared for your comments/threads/etc. about fetishes. I've also made them aware that I might openly invite the fetish community there, so they really can't be unprepared for arrivals from here and elsewhere.
The site needs members, and we need more topics.
I will stress though, and please pay attention, most of these members are UNDERAGE, so please don't go over what seems like reasonable fetish talk. Otherwise, I would encourage you to be yourself and invite your friends.
Theres one more thing. Actually, this is more of a favor to ask of all of you that would consider joining. You don't have to, but I would appriciate it.
On the site you have the ability to create 'clans'. I have a clan created in my mind, with the name and everything and what I want it to consist of. I play an evil (for the time being) character, and this clan would be lead by me. I want clan members to be in my likeness. That is to say, you choose the dark side, you have a dark theme, avatar, etc. Otherwise the diversity of your character is up to you. I would also encourage our female members here to join as well. If not for the RP, then for any other aspect of the forum. This site also revolves around japanese animation. So if your into that, which I am obviously, then please join.
Also, the RPG currently revolves around a D&D type theme. So plan for your resulting character to be from that time period. One thing that excites me about this site being a tickling/fetish site is that it coincides with what I want my clan to be. See, my character (SN) is Slaanesh. If you don't know who Slaanesh is, hes the mythical dark god of pain and pleasure. You may have read up on this, or heard about it through a popular miniature model game called Warhammer.
So any kinky-ish, sexual, pleasuring, sensual characteristics you can put into your character as a result from your fetishes or imagination would only enhance the realism of my clan/army. I would be your leader however, so some of what you'd be doing would revolve around me. I am your god so to speak, like in Warhammer. Other than that, as long as your keeping in with the character you created, and you follow the rules, you can do whatever you want.
Do note however that currently there is no set up story or plot of how we plan to play this current RPG out. It could be changed at any time if the owner decides to change something. So don't worry about having to create your character's persona just yet.
Also, you may not want to have an evil character. I was ready to be a good guy until last minute I changed my mind. I'm always the good guy. It gets boring. With that said, you don't HAVE to join the clan I would create, but it would be a way of showing your pride in something and clan members can and should stick up for eachother. Theres benefits to being in a clan or warband you know. First, its protection, second, its power, third, its just more fun to have people in the same clan as you. It does cost zeny to create one though. 5000 if I'm not mistaken. And you can't re-sell it or take it back. Once you create one its final. Unless your members disband or you wish to end it. Both are options available to you. You don't even have to be in a clan if you don't want to. I'd just highly suggest it.
Ok. That was alot I just said. So for your benefit I'll recap.
1- This RPG site needs more members. Not just for the coming RPG, but just posters in general.
2- I've offered you an exclusive membership to my clan, which I haven't created yet as I won't unless I know I can get enough people to join it. (No point in having a clan if theres only 4 or so people in it.) All I ask is that you keep in touch with my theme. Other than that, be as creative as you like, but follow the rules. The rules are few right now as this just started, and they change sometimes, so just use caution with how you represent yourself. Nothing too vulgar please, even though I am keeping in with the theme of Slaanesh- Pain and Pleasure. As I said, if you have fetishes, and you think they in any way could make things more lively both for theme of your character and for the forum in general, please consider adding them. Don't feel ashamed to share.
At the very least I will listen to you and converse about it. The others will probably follow as most of them respect me (the ones that are there so far).
3- As I just said at the end of # 2, fill free to share your fetishes. Just don't go too overboard or post about things that would be non-suitable for underagers. Most of these people are in their middle teens, so don't worry too much. As I said, I told them about my fetish, and they haven't expressed a problem with it.

I won't actually give you the site address just yet. As I want to see if this thread will have a good user turn-out. I want to know enough people are interested in this before I make any plans.
