Hmm... second one is Lina? Maybe, but if so, she definitely GREW up. Always had small breasts in the series if I'm not mistaken.

Yes, she was often ridiculed for her small breasts in the series. However, just because the "official" Lina Inverse has a small chest doesn't mean that artists can't draw her with a larger one. 😛 In fact, they usually do.
