"A-Grow-Bics" Workout - RACK stretching (no tickling)

Unsure if this is a re-post, but while browsing the interwebs I found some interesting articles, a vid, and bunch of pics about a new type of workout that a fitness company created last year called "A-Grow-Bics". Long story short - they use a variety of methods to stretch you and literally make you taller, one of which includes a medieval-style RACK!!
