I found this clip many years ago on Youtube... It was a two-parter and it was about a guy who "has never laughed in his entire life". I think the setting took place in a classroom, as it was a demonstration-like process. It's zoomed in on his feet, and the ler tortures him into finally laughing, while giving advice about how you should go about the tickling process to achieve the best results. I want to say it was posted by someone called Tickle Insanity or Asylum... Something like that. I can't honestly remember though. 🙁 Anybody know what I'm talking about?
