This is another scene dealing with Erika after her clip Erika: Pay The Rent. In that one she is tickled mostly upperbody with her neck and, armpits and belly. Now her feet get the treatment of being tickled. Using ice, she is wailing as she tries to bear the cold ice going up and down her soles and between her toes. Adding more to her torment, ice in a cup is placed on her bare belly and she has to hold that cup still and not drop the ice, while her soles are getting tickled by fingers and more ice.
