Tasha didn't deny that everyone who appeared had signed a release. She claimed that Brittany was cajoled into signing because the 'ler promised to go easy on her, but then ignored the promise and pushed her way too far, making her scream for the police in massive distress.
Except there are edits suggesting pauses when she used a safeword. (It's VERY implausible that Tasha would risk the fallout from not giving a first-time model a safeword, or from ignoring it). And Brittany then agreed to do another video.
For another TA video, Tasha said she recruited a first-time model and they agreed the model had to last X number of minutes without using her safeword or she wouldn't get paid. Not a scenario I especially like, but perfectly safe and consensual.
Indeed, I remember another producer who framed a clip as "I tricked the model by doing things I'd promised not to do" - and when he got slammed here for being irresponsible, he irritably responded that everything he did was agreed in advance and that the model had and used a safeword.
