Other than safety reasons (not getting kicked and hit by the 'lee), and to minimize movement of the 'lee, do you find being restrained heightens your sense of ticklishness?

It definitely does for my wife. She really enjoys the feeling of not being able to stop me, and I think that messes with her head, since I love to taunt her constantly while I'm tickling. She tells me all the time that she goes even crazier because she gets mildly desperate to escape the tickling, but I just keep taunting her and tickling her more. Since we don't use safe words, she never knows when its going to stop.
