TIB I was thinking about what you said when you cancelled overseas sales. It was the bit about not being viable because you kept getting customs from different places returning the videos to you.
Now I know you're not going to change your mind and I'm not trying to get you to, I'm just curious about something.
Would it have been theoretically possible for you to put a disclaimer on the site to the effect of........"TC is not responsible for customs of nations outside the US returning goods to us. Should this happen we are NOT liable for paying the shipping rates a second time, such is the customer's responsibility and perogative."
I know when you did this you were concerned about customer relations and wanting to keep people sweet. But wouldn't it have been less damaging to your reputation, not to mention your sales, if you'd done this?
